Mr. Terry R. Sellers, is the founder, Chief Executive Officer, and President of TR Sellers & Associates, LLC.  Mr. Sellers possess over 20 years of government/commercial accounting experience.  He has worked with public and private sector companies, building consensus, and leading the institutional strengthening of financial reporting. 


Mr. Sellers was a member of Prince George's Community College's (Maryland) Center for Entrepreneurial Development Financial Capacity Building Program, which developed the Virtual CFO Program –  October 2015 - September 2017.  Mr. Sellers served nearly 14 years of active service in the United States Marine Corps.


Over the years, Mr. Sellers has been instrumental in 28 contract wins (19 new and 9 recompetes).  His approach to strategic pricing is to provide businesses with a competitive pricing advantage over their competitors.  Mr. Sellers’ price-to-win strategy is to increase major proposal win rates via application of opportunity-specific actions, while maximizing contract profitability.


Mr. Sellers possess over 19 years of Chief Financial Officer experience with a proven track-record to lead and strengthen financial operations, and the keen ability to smoothly transition from strategy development to operation phase.  Mr. Sellers has been working with Government contractors helping them improve profits by increasing revenue and decreasing expenses.  He has decreased a Government contractor’s “break-even, on-site wrap rate” by 10.67 % by restructuring their indirect pool structure.  This allowed the company to bid more competitive rates.
